WINDSOR, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Jesse Moore, 16, who was reported missing from Windsor on July 29. Moore is an endangered runaway, according to state police.
Moore is described by police as a black female with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighs 120 pounds.
There was no description available for the last clothes she was seen wearing and a photo wasn’t provided.
