Tree Worker Killed by Limb in Windsor

The man was struck and killed while working on private property on Route 305, police said.

WINDSOR, CT — A man working for a tree company was killed Friday when he was struck by a limb while working on Route 305, also known as Bloomfield Avenue, the Hartford Courant reported.

The man was working on private property near 801 Bloomfield Avenue, home of Mitchell Selig Ford, when he was struck by a large branch, Capt. Thomas LePore told the Courant.
