Windsor Apartment Complex Construction Underway

WINDSOR, CT - It's been almost a decade since Great Pond, a Windsor mixed-use development, was proposed, but now construction on the 230-unit complex has begun, according to the Hartford Business Journal. Fairfield residential developer Eastpointe LLC has started construction on 12 acres.

The complex's first building will house 50 apartments on four floors. Developers expect it to be finished by late August with the remaining parts of the project done a year later, according to the Hartford Business Journal.
