Windsor Athletic Hall Of Fame Seeks Candidates And New Board Members

WINDSOR, CT — The Windsor High School Athletic Hall of Fame is seeking nominations from the community for potential inductees into the Class of 2024, and is also in need of a few residents to serve on its board of directors.

Nominations for potential candidates for the Hall of Fame may be for an athlete, team, coach or contributor to Windsor athletics. An athlete is eligible for consideration 10 years after high school graduation, a team is eligible for induction 10 years after the achievement and a coach may be considered five years after completing coaching at Windsor High School or John Fitch.

Criteria for induction and nomination forms are available online at www.windsorhighschoolathletichalloffame.org. Deadline for nominations to be considered for the Class of 2024 is Jan. 6.

The Hall of Fame crest proudly highlights Commitment, Sportsmanship and Teamwork. Inductees are valued for their outstanding commitment to the athletic activities of the high school, as well as the community as a whole; their ability to compete with honor and integrity; and their participation and sacrifices to be a vital part of the team.

The board of directors is seeking new members to broaden their talents. Anyone interested in
