Windsor Brewery To Reopen With New In-House Kitchen

The brewery plans to reopen after a winter break, debuting its own food operation following the departure of its previous restaurant.

WINDSOR, CT — After a brief winter break, a popular Windsor brewery is set to reopen Tuesday, Jan. 13, unveiling a new in-house kitchen following the departure of the restaurant that previously operated inside the space.

Dudleytown Brewing Company said it has been closed since Jan. 2 for a winter break and to prepare for the transition. When doors reopen on Jan. 13, the brewery will be running its own full kitchen for the first time.

According to Dudleytown, the new setup will keep the pizza customers have come to expect, while expanding the menu with a variety of new items. The brewery has already released an official menu ahead of the reopening.

The reopening will also bring back regular events such as trivia nights, along with the same beer and cocktail offerings that have been a staple of the brewery.

The change follows the previously announced exit of Saults Eclectic Cuisine, which left the brewery at the end of 2025 as it prepares to relocate. Since leaving the Dudleytown location, Saults has continued operating through its food truck while planning its next brick-and-mortar move.
