Windsor Business Hit By Gunfire Overnight, Police Say
Detectives found bullet holes and shell casings at the Windsor Avenue scene, according to authorities.
WINDSOR, CT — Windsor police are investigating after a business owner reported gunshot damage Wednesday morning at 374 Windsor Ave. Police dispatch received the call at about 8:06 a.m., after the owner discovered damage to the exterior of the building.
According to Windsor police, video footage from the business showed that at about 1 a.m. Wednesday, three masked gunmen fired several shots into the building. Police reported that the three men then fled on foot southbound on Windsor Avenue toward Skitchewaug Street.
The Windsor police detectives found several bullet holes on the outside of the building, and several expended shell casings were recovered in the parking lot, according to police.

Police also checked inside the building and found no injured people.
The case remains under investigation. Windsor police have not released descriptions beyond stating that the shooters were masked, and no arrests have been made.
