Windsor Continues 57-Year-Old Valentine's Day Tradition
Every year, the town clerk offers free marriage licenses to anyone who ties the knot on Valentine's Day.

WINDSOR, CT - Anyone who says romance is dead clearly hasn't been to Windsor Town Hall. For the 57th straight year, the town celebrated Valentine's Day by offering free marriage licenses to couples.
As a bonus, all couples were eligible to win a romantic gift basket containing items donated by local merchants.
