Windsor Guidance Counselor Who Produced Erotic Slasher Flicks Returns to Work

Aaron Vnuk agrees to 10-day unpaid suspension for involvement with Moongoyle Entertainment.

The Sage Park Middle School guidance counselor who was suspended for his involvement with a production company that made erotic slasher horror films returned to work Thursday morning.

Aaron Vnuk agreed to a 10-day unpaid suspension after he had been on paid administrative leave while the Windsor school system conducted an investigation into his involvement with Moongoyle Entertainment, according to the Hartford Courant.

The Courant reports that Vnuk signed an agreement with the schools in which he acknowledged that his participation was in violation of the town’s expectations for a professional educator. Vnuk also agreed to make every effort to cease distribution of films he created with Moongoyle and refrain from any future involvement in films that contain nudity and violent horror themes while he is employed with the schools, according to the Courant.

Windsor Superintendent of Schools Dr. Craig A. Cooke sent a letter home to parents stating that the district “completed our investigation into a report that a Sage Park teacher was involved in a movie production firm that raised serious concerns for the District due to the reported nature of the films. After a thorough investigation, we concluded that no students were involved in the films produced by the company, and the teacher’s involvement was limited to outside of school hours. Moreover, we have been assured that the teacher would have no involvement in the future production of any films of a similar nature.”
