Windsor High School Art Teacher Represented in New Exhibition at The Windsor Art Center
"The Art Educators Show: Inspiring The Next Generation of Artists" to Open January 16
A Windsor High School Art teacher, Marjorie Renno is represented in a new exhibition opening Saturday, January 16, 2016 at The Windsor Art Center. Her sculptural work will be featured in “The Art Educators Show: Inspiring The Next Generation of Artists” including five additional artists who have dedicated their lives to inspiring and shaping the next generation of creative minds. The collection of artwork includes paintings, photography, sculptures and mixed media pieces. The artists and schools represented are:

The exhibition opens with a reception on Saturday, January 16 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and runs through February 27 at The Windsor Art Center, 40 Mechanic Street, Windsor, CT. A poignant panel discussion by the artists will be held on Saturday, February 13 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. There is no charge to visit the gallery or the onsite gift shop which features locally made art. Parking is free and easily accessible. The exhibition is supported by a grant from the NewAlliance Foundation.
