Windsor High School Hires 2 Assistant Principals
The new assistant principals will serve at the ninth and twelfth grade levels.
WINDSOR, CT - The school district has recently hired two assistant principals for Windsor High School. According to a statement from the district, Stephanie Lockhart will be the grade 12 assistant principal and Shatanna DeRosie will be the grade 9 assistant principal.
Lockhart previously worked in the Bloomfield district at the classroom level. DeRosie worked in Windsor in career technical education. The two candidates were chosen from a field of 135 applicants.
"Both administrators come to us with outstanding references that speak to the work they have done and their capacity to contribute in moving us towards our goals and student outcomes," the statement said. "With the addition of both administrators, we now have a leadership team with an Assistant Principal overseeing each grade level."
