Windsor Historical Society Filming Documentary On Tornado

WINDSOR, CT - The Windsor Historical Society is working on a documentary on a tornado that struck the town 40 years ago, on Oct. 3, 1979.

According to a social media post from the historical society: "We asked people willing to be interviewed about their experiences on WIN-TV to contact us, and were overwhelmed by the response from people who will never forget that day."

If you're interested in talking about your experiences on that day, additional filming sessions are scheduled February 11 and 13, March 11, 13, 20, and 27, and April 1.
