WINDSOR, CT - A Windsor man was charged with a Feb. 19 New Britain murder, the <a href="https://www.courant.com/news/connecticut/hc-hartford-homicide-arrest-0301-20190228-d44k6ni4pvg5dolfj4cwf2sw7y-story.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Hartford Courant</a> reported. Ian Wilson Jr., 19, was held on $1 million bail. Wilson is accused of shooting Richard Kinoshita, 46, in the area of 249 New Britain Ave., who was transported to a local hospital following the shooting but died of his injuries.
