Windsor Man Enters Plea In Manchester Sexual Assault
A Windsor man is accused of assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
WINDSOR, CT - A local man has pleaded guilty in the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl, the Journal-Inquirer reported. Oneil Stevens, 31, pleaded guilty to a single count of second-degree sexual assault Monday.
