Windsor Man Took Photos Up Woman's Skirt: Report
A 26-year-old man was arrested on voyeurism charges Monday after an incident at the Buckland Hills mall.
WINDSOR, CT - A Windsor man was arrested Monday after allegedly taking photos up a woman's skirt at the Buckland Hills mall, NBC reported. Bertrand Boamah, 26, was arrested on charges of voyeurism.
Surveillance footage showed Boamah using his phone to take a photo up a woman's skirt at Macy's. He was confronted by mall security, which asked him to leave. After he left, mall security called police.
