
Ignatz “George” Dudack, 82, of Windsor, beloved husband for 57 years to Wanda Ann (Hipp) Dudack, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, October 15, 2017.
Born in Hartford on October 29, 1934 to the late Leon and Wladyslawa (Zelinski) Dudack, he has been a Windsor resident all of his life and was well known throughout town. George served his country proudly with the US Marine Corps during the Korean War and was a skilled mason and hunter who loved to go fishing with his wife and family.
Besides his wife Wanda of Windsor, he is survived by his daughter Dorothy Dudack of Windsor; his sons, George, Peter and John Dudack, all of Windsor, and Paul Dudack of Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren, Stephanie and Danielle; and his great-grandchildren, Jacob and Madison. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers, Theodore, Leon, John, Edward, Joseph and Bernard Dudack.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 PM Friday, October 20 at St. Gabriel Church, 379 Broad St. Windsor followed by burial in Windsor Veterans Memorial Cemetery. His family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday, from 10 AM to 11:30 AM at the Carmon Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave Windsor.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Gabriel Church, 379 Broad St. Windsor, CT 06095.
