Kassandra Ellen Watts, 48, of Windsor, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 8, 12 noon with calling hour 11 a.m. at All Faith Memorial Chapel, 90 John Fitch Blvd., South Windsor.
