Windsor Obituary: Rose Cicero, 68

Rose Marie Cicero, 68, of Windsor, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 02, 2016.

Born in Hartford to the late Joseph, Sr. and Rose (Gionfriddo) Cicero, she lived most of her life in the Bloomfield and Windsor area, graduated from Windsor High School and earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Central CT State College and worked as a psychologist for many years while working towards her PhD from the New School of Social Research in NY City. Rose was very talented musically, she played guitar and piano and loved singing in the choir. An exceptional woman she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Rose is survived by her brothers Michael Cicero, Sr, Joseph Cicero, Jr. and Richard Cicero and his wife Jean; her sister Gloria Sward; sister-in-law Amaryllis Cicero; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her brother Anthony Cicero Sr. and her sister Asunda Bryll.

Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
