Windsor Releases Trick-Or-Treating Information
Halloween will look a bit different than years past, but trick-or-treating has not been canceled.

Information via Windsor Police
WINDSOR, CT — Halloween is quickly approaching and we wanted to answer some questions for our residents. Trick or Treating has not been cancelled. CDC and VDH guidelines recommend that all trick or treaters wear a mask and observe social distancing guidelines.
Homeowners who do not wish to participate should turn off all lights to discourage visitors.
The Windsor Town ordinance regarding Halloween is still in effect. Trick or Treating must be completed by 8PM and is limited to children 13 or younger. There is no official start time.
