The winning ticket was sold March 5 at Fas Mart #302, located at 194 Kelsey St. in Newington. Connecticut Lottery <a href="https://www.ctlottery.org/Winners" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">records</a> show the Windsor player won $15,000 in the Keno drawing. NOTICE: Beginning October 1, 2025, the CT Lottery will no longer publish winners' names without their written consent in accordance with Sec. 3(d) of Public Act 25-112.
