WINDSOR, CT - A Windsor resident is $11,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in his home town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 15, Donald Canty, of Windsor, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the HIR Mobil On The Run in Windsor and won $11,000.
