WINDSOR, CT — A Windsor resident is $15,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hartford last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On September 16, Andrea Phillips, of Windsor, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from Blue Five Corners LLC in Hartford and won $15,000.
