WINDSOR, CT - A Windsor resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in his home town last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 24, Alonzo Peggins, of Windsor purchased a Play4 Night ticket from Windsor Ventures and won $40,000.
