The Connecticut Lottery said the ticket was sold at a Wethersfield retailer earlier this month.

WINDSOR, CT — A Windsor resident won $100,000 playing Powerball, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The winning ticket was sold Jan. 13 at 515 Wine and Spirit in Wethersfield, lottery officials said.

The Connecticut Lottery no longer releases winners’ names without written consent, under a state law that took effect in October 2025.
