Windsor School Readiness Council Seeks Preschool-Aged Children to Attend Part-Time Preschool Programs

Part-time Preschool Opportunities Provide Subsidies for Windsor Families

The Windsor School Readiness Council is seeking children, who are three or four years of age, to attend one of two local National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accredited part-time preschool programs.

School Readiness is a state initiative designed to provide children with a high quality preschool experience and support their social, emotional and academic development. Windsor families who meet income eligibility guidelines may apply for subsidized part time preschool placements that are available as soon as October.

Applications for Windsor’s School Readiness program are accepted on an ongoing basis. For more information or to make an appointment, please call Chanel Walker at 860-687-2070 ext.218 or visit the Family Resource Center section on www.windsorct.org.
