Windsor Schools Superintendent Invites Senior Citizens to 10th Annual 'Senior Citizen Month Breakfast' on May 6

Opportunity for the town's senior citizens to learn more about programs and initiatives underway in the Windsor Public Schools

Windsor’s Superintendent of Schools Dr. Craig A. Cooke will host a special event, offering the town’s senior citizens the opportunity to learn more about programs and initiatives underway in the Windsor Public Schools.

On Friday, May 6, a “Senior Citizen’s Month Breakfast for Seniors” will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Windsor High School Library. Reservations are needed for this tenth annual informational event that will feature presentations from Dr. Cooke, Board of Education President Cristina Santos, Windsor High School Principal Russell Sills, Mayor Don Trinks, Windsor Town Manager Peter Souza, and several Windsor High School students. Questions from participants will be welcome. As part of this event, students will be available to take guests on personal tours of the high school.

There is no charge for this event, but reservations are required. To make a reservation for the Friday, May 6 “Senior Citizen’s Month Breakfast” at Windsor High School, please call the Superintendent’s Office at (860) 687-2000, ext. 236 by Monday, May 2nd.
