WINDSOR, CT - Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing teen. Angel Mateo, 14, went missing Wednesday. He is 5'0", weighs 150 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.
