WINDSOR, CT - Windsor Emergency Services will be holding their annual Toy Drive on Dec. 8th & 9th at 340 Bloomfield Ave. rain, snow or shine. New toys and monetary donations can be dropped off there, or at town hall - Risk Management Office on the main floor next to the Town Clerk’s Office.
