Windsor Woman Faces Charges In Motorcycle Crash
A local woman is facing charges after a June crash in which a child was seriously injured.

WINDSOR, CT - A Windsor woman is facing charges connected to a June motorcycle crash that resulted in a juvenile passenger suffering broken ribs and a broken neck, according to the Journal-Inquirer. Natasia Franklin, 24, was charged with second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, driving under the influence, risk of injury to a child, and operating a motorcycle without a license.

Franklin was allegedly speeding and legally intoxicated when her motorcycle struck a car at the intersection of Rood and Shelley avenues. A 12-year-old boy on her motorcycle was thrown 110 feet in the accident, resulting in serious injuries.
