Windsor Woman's Club - Crepes for All!

Club members enjoyed some mouth-watering treats.

At their February meeting, Windsor Woman’s Club members were treated to apple stuffed crepes, made on site by Zocco’s Chef-extraordinaire, Robbie Niemann. Chef Robbie entertained the members with stories of how he experiments with recipes; tweaking ingredient quantity and actually adding/removing ingredients. Chef Robbie told the members about the daily dinner specials he and Luigi Casale (fellow chef/owner) dream up. At the end of the presentation, it was announced that an honorarium was given to the Helen and Harry Gray Cancer Center in Robbie’s name.

The Windsor Woman’s Club is part of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs. The GFWC, started in New York in 1890, is one of the world’s largest and oldest nonpartisan, nondenominational women’s volunteer service organizations.
