Windsor Woman's Club - February Speaker
Owner of the Blue Dragonfly speaks to club members.

At the Windsor Woman’s Club’s February meeting, Sue Miller, owner of the Blue Dragonfly, spoke about her store, and how it helps all members of the community - from local artists, those developmentally challenged, and last minute shoppers.
She told the audience that her store gives the employees tasks they can become proficient at, allowing them to move on up to other store positions, and become more independent. By employing several of them behind the scenes, this allows Sue to spend time with the customers and get new vendors on-board.
The store makes a concerted effort to sell American-made items. It also sells items made by local artists. Several products have a charity supported by a portion of that item’s sale. The inventory is always changing.
