Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Windsor

WINDSOR, CT — A winning Connecticut Lottery ticket worth $20,000 was sold at a Windsor package store.

A Suffield resident claimed the prize Friday from a “20X Cash 10th Edition” scratch ticket purchased at Millbrook Wine & Liquors, according to the Connecticut Lottery’s recent winners list.

The store is located at 147 Poquonock Ave.

The winner’s name was not released. Since Oct. 1, 2025, the Connecticut Lottery has not published winners’ names without their written consent.

The Lottery lists recently claimed prizes of $10,000 or more on its website.
