Winning Lottery Ticket Worth 5 Figures Sold At Windsor Liquor Store

WINDSOR, CT — A Hartford resident cashed in a 5-figure payday earlier this week on a CT Lottery daily numbers ticket purchased at a Route 159 liquor store.

Donnell Mathis won $20,000 on a Play4 Night ticket bought at Bloom's Discount Liquor in the Windsor Shopping Center at 576 Windsor Ave. He claimed his winnings Monday, according to the CT Lottery website.
