Woman Stabbed Outside Windsor Home, Police Say
A family member heard the woman screaming and came to help, according to Windsor police.
WINDSOR, CT — A woman was seriously hurt early Tuesday after police said she was stabbed during a domestic incident outside a Windsor home.
Windsor police said officers responded to a home on Barry Lane at about 2:13 a.m. Tuesday, May 26, after dispatchers reported that a woman had been stabbed by her boyfriend.
Officers found the woman with multiple cuts, according to police. She was treated at the scene and taken by ambulance to a local hospital with serious injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

Police said several family members were at the scene.
The investigation found that a domestic incident began earlier in the evening in Hartford, police said. Later, when the woman returned to her Windsor home, the male subject approached her in the driveway and stabbed her, according to police.
