2 Arrested In Windsor Locks Following Drug Dispute
Two men were arrested Wednesday following a dispute over drugs, according to police.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - Two men were arrested Wednesday afternoon following what police describe as a dispute among people involved in the drug trade. One man allegedly transported another man to a Windsor Locks bank, demanding under the threat of violence that he take out money from a bank.
Once they reached the bank, the man being threatened called police. Once police arrived, one of the men fled into a nearby densely wooded area.

This incident demanded a heavy police response in the area of Elm and Spring streets due to the extremely rugged conditions and humidity.
The two arrested will face misdemeanor and felony larceny charges involving a vehicle.

No one was injured in the incident and no weapon was found. Police are not releasing further details due to the ongoing nature of the investigation.
