The East Windsor Parks & Recreation would like to thank all the participants in this years Scarecrow Contest. All the entries were creative and provided a scenic view in front of Town Hall. This years winners were:

2nd Place: Touchpoints at Chestnut
3rd Place: Geisslers
We would like to thank the East Windsor Senior Center for doing the judging on this contest. We look forward to next year and can't wait to see all the entries.
