3 Arrested in Ongoing Windsor Locks Dispute

Police said they have responded to the home several times regarding disputes over property.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — An ongoing property dispute that has involved police action in the past turned into a scuffle Sunday afternoon, resulting in the arrests of three people.

Lt. Paul Cherniack said the homeowner of 71 Fox Hollow is in a nursing home, and family members and some associates have been disputing over property. At 4:22 p.m. Sunday, police received a pair of 911 calls from the residence stating there was another disturbance, which had escalated into a scuffle.

  • Jesse Morales, 25, was charged with violation of a protective order, with bond set at $5,000.
  • Krista Turek, 22, was charged with disorderly conduct, with bond set at $2,500.
  • Gina Partridge, 48, was charged with disorderly conduct, with bond set at $2,500.
