3 Selectman Candidates Chosen in East Windsor Republican Primary
A sitting Board of Selectmen member was the odd man out following a Republican primary Tuesday.
EAST WINDSOR, CT — Three East Windsor Republicans will be candidates for the office of Selectman in the Nov. 7, 2017 municipal election following a primary held Tuesday.
According to results posted Wednesday by the East Windsor town clerk, Selectman Steve Dearborn was the top vote-getter with 153, followed by challengers Robert L. Leach with 139 and Jim Richards with 123.
Deputy First Selectman Dick Pippin, Jr. will not be on the November ballot after garnering just 92 votes in the primary.
