WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A Windsor Locks resident cashed in a 6-figure winning CT Lottery ticket Thursday, yielding quite a return on a $10 investment.

Syed Peerzada purchased a Fast Play - $10 Super 7s Progressive ticket at the Windsor Smoke Shop on Poquonock Avenue in Windsor. The ticket wound up being worth $220,389, according to the CT Lottery website.

The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
