The building was constructed in 1979 and received a full rehab in 2021, according to CBRE’s listing.
The listing describes the site as being about 1 mile from Interstate 91 Exit 44. The property includes 18- to 20-foot clear ceiling heights, reinforced concrete floors, wet sprinklers, trailer parking, auto parking and outdoor storage, according to CBRE.
A separate LoopNet listing for the same address also markets the property for lease, listing between 50,000 and 279,256 square feet of industrial space available.
The LoopNet listing describes the property as a warehouse/distribution building and lists the same East Windsor address.
The CBRE listing describes the property as a fully rehabilitated industrial building with outdoor storage and room for large-scale warehouse or distribution use.
The property is located in East Windsor’s industrial corridor near Route 5 and Interstate 91.
