EAST WINDSOR, CT — Fire crews are currently at the scene of a large downed tree with live wires in Broad Brook, according to the Broad Brook Fire Department.
The tree came down on Ellsworth Road between Allen Drive and Omelia Road. The BBFD first posted about the incident on Facebook at 12:21 p.m.
Drivers are being asked to seek alternate routes as the roadway is "totally impassable."
Members from the Warehouse Point Fire Department also responded.
