WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A Windsor Locks lottery player claimed a $10,000 prize Thursday after buying a winning scratch-off ticket at Airport Valero, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The winning ticket was for the $10 10X Cash 18th Edition game and was sold at Airport Valero, 245 Ella Grasso Turnpike. The $10,000 prize is the game's top prize.
The Lottery listed the claimant only as a winner from Windsor Locks. Under state law, the agency does not publish winners' names without their written consent.
