Baker Opening New Store In East Windsor

EAST WINDSOR, CT — A new bakery is headed to East Windsor this summer, with plans to open in Sophia’s Plaza on Prospect Hill Road.

Molly’s Sweet Spot is expected to open in June at 122 Prospect Hill Road, according to announcements shared online by the business.

The new shop is expected to offer a wide variety of desserts and baked goods.

The business also plans to offer custom cakes and desserts by order. In addition to those specialty items, the storefront is expected to have walk-in options for people looking to grab something on the go.

In a social media post, owner Molly Francia said opening a storefront bakery has been a longtime dream. She said she is excited to bring the business to East Windsor.
