EAST WINDSOR, CT — An Ellington resident struck it big recently playing Keno in neighboring East Windsor.

Roger Belisle cashed in a winning ticket worth $10,071 Wednesday. He purchased his ticket at Smokers Discount World in Sofia's Plaza.

The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
