WINDSOR Locks, CT — A Windsor man won big in the lottery last week. Reginald Sandiford won $33,540 on a Play4 Night ticket purchased Aug. 23, according to Connecticut Lottery.
The lucky ticket was purchased at Pride Store LLC in Windsor Locks.
