Bradley Just Got a New Nonstop — And It Connects CT to Bourbon Country

The new summer route adds another nonstop destination for Connecticut travelers flying out of Bradley.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — Travelers flying out of Bradley International Airport will soon have a new nonstop option to the Midwest.

Breeze Airways announced Tuesday that it will launch seasonal nonstop service between Bradley International Airport and Muhammad Ali International Airport beginning Friday, May 29, 2026, according to the Connecticut Airport Authority.

The Louisville route will operate twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays during the summer season and will be flown on Airbus A220 aircraft.

Michael W. Shea, executive director and CEO of the Connecticut Airport Authority, said the new route expands nonstop options for local travelers while continuing Bradley’s recent run of airline growth.

“As Breeze continues to invest in Bradley, this new service gives passengers another convenient and affordable nonstop destination,” Shea said in a statement.

Breeze founder and CEO David Neeleman said Hartford has been central to the airline’s growth since its early days.

“This new summer seasonal route will give our Guests in Connecticut an easy way to visit a beautiful region,” Neeleman said, citing attractions such as the Louisville Slugger Museum and the Kentucky Derby Museum.

With the Louisville addition, Breeze will offer nonstop flights from Bradley to 23 cities, including Charleston, Cincinnati, Columbus, Daytona Beach, Fort Myers, Las Vegas, Orlando, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Raleigh-Durham, Savannah, Tampa, and Wilmington, among others.
