Bradley Road Race Returns To Windsor Locks This Saturday

The annual 5K and 10K fundraiser will take place Saturday at Windsor Locks High School.

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — The Bradley Road Race returns Saturday for its 30th year, and Windsor Locks residents are being told to expect road closures around town during the event.

The annual 5K and 10K starts at 10 a.m. March 28 at Windsor Locks High School. Roads along the route will be closed for runner safety, and residents are being urged to leave before 10 a.m. if they need to travel or wait until after 11:30 a.m.

A route map released ahead of the race shows the course running through neighborhoods near the high school, South Elm Street and other nearby roads.

Hosted by the Windsor Locks Lions Club, the race raises money for local causes. Organizers are encouraging residents to come out and celebrate the event’s 30th year.
