Bradley Security Catches Passenger With Loaded Gun
A Florida man attempted to pass through security with a loaded gun Thursday.
WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - TSA personnel caught a Florida man attempting to board a flight Thursday with a loaded gun, The New Haven Register reported. Four firearms have been confiscated so far this year at Bradley International Airport.
Security spotted the gun when the man's fanny pack entered the X-ray machine, according to The Register.
The Plant City, Fla., man was taken for questioning and arrested on state weapons charges.

The man was carrying a .22 caliber handgun loaded with 10 bullets, as well as a box of 50 rounds of ammunition, WFSB reported.
Passengers are permitted to pack guns in checked luggage under specific TSA guidelines, including the weapon being unloaded and in a locked container.
