BROAD BROOK, CT — A $3 investment in a new CT Lottery scratch game paid off with the top prize of $30,000 for a player from South Windsor, who purchased his ticket at a Broad Brook convenience store.

Due to a change in policy by the CT Lottery concerning publication of winners' names, the lucky buyer of a Break the Bank ticket was identified merely as Daniel T of South Windsor. The scratch ticket was obtained at the In N Out Convenience Store on Depot Street, and the winnings were cl;aimed Tuesday, according to the lottery website.
