BROAD BROOK, CT — A Broad Brook man has won $10,000 playing the CT Lottery. Thomas Holigan, III, won playing the $100,000 Cashword 9 game.
He purchased the lucky ticket Tuesday at Mash Mart Valero in East Windsor.
