Broad Brook Serves Up Cold Brew To Thirsty Bikers

Broad Brook Brewing Company serves up ice-cold beers at the 2016 Praxair Bike MS Off The Chain Ride, presented by Louis Dreyfus Company and Griffin Industrial Realty, Sunday, June 5, in Windsor. The local business partnered with the National MS Society, Connecticut Chapter, to bring a key party element to the finish line of Bike MS. More than 300 cyclists participated in the Windsor-based bike ride.

In addition to the ice cold brews offered by Broad Brook Brewing Company, event goers also enjoyed some hot barbeque by Danny's Little Taste of Texas, and snacks donated by Bakery on Main and Simply7 Snacks.

The chapter is working toward a $500,000 fundraising goal for Bike MS with another ride to take place in Norwalk, Sunday, June 12. Fundraising for prizes will continue until Friday, July 29. For more information on Bike MS or to make a donation, visit ctfightsMS.org.
